Shipping & Customs
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
A shipping fee of $18USD will be charged for orders less than $300USD. Orders above $300USD is free of shipping charge.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 30 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays according to the Korean Standard Time (KST) ((GMT/UTC +9).
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Especially due to COVID-19, international shipping is taking longer than usual. We ask for your patience as we are doing our best to deliver in timely order.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
